TeamBuilder enables you to effectively manage distribution of today's team by adding tasks, shift types (tags), and pods (suites or exam rooms) to each scheduled shift. These can be configured by location.

To update your list, please submit a ticket and include the following information:
Task List
- Task Name
- Is the task intended to be attached to a provider (e.g. provider support, scribing, etc)?
- Which location(s) will utilize the new task?
Shift Types / Tags
- Name (e.g. Admin, Training, Remote)
- Who will be assigned the new tag - Providers, Staff, or Both?
Pods
- Name
- Location(s)
