Note: This article is for users logging into TeamBuilder website directly with user name and password. For users logging in via Microsoft SSO, please see article "Logging into Teambuilder (with Microsoft Single Sign-On).
1. In your web browser, navigate to the TeamBuilder website link provided by your Manager. In the event that this was not provided to you, contact TeamBuilder support for assistance.
Important: The link to access TeamBuilder is the same across all device types (e.g. Desktop, Tablet and Mobile).
2. Enter your email address and password associated with your account.
- Click 'Log In'.
3. Upon successful login, you will be directed to today's schedule.
4. Bookmark/favorite TeamBuilder in your web browser for easy access.
Bookmark the exact website link provided by your Manager, or alternatively, you can bookmark the schedule landing page after successful login.
Important: Please ensure you do not bookmark the login screen as that will cause authentication issues the next time you try to access the platform.
5. Once logged in, proceed to verify your information. This can be done by clicking on your user icon in the upper-right corner of the application, and then navigating to Settings.
For Managers: Review and make necessary updates.
For Staff: If any information is incorrect, please contact your manager or admin so they can rectify.
6. Enable Email alerts in the "Notifications" area. This will prevent you from missing important scheduling events that happen throughout the day.
7. To receive SMS notifications (optional), add your phone number to the Personal Information section, and turn on SMS notifications.
